For our Headquarter in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator (all genders) as part of the Volantariat International en Entreprise (VIE) program as of 01.04.2024.

The VIE Digital Marketing Coordinator (all genders) works closely with the Senior Digital Manager and the digital team to manage and expand the Swiss e-commerce area.

Your Mission:

Your key responsibilites include the on-site management of our Swiss website and the management of acquisitions channels:

  • Strategic and operational responsibility for the e-commerce CHFR + CHDE division in collaboration with the Senior Digital Manager as well as with other relevant departments.
  • Active development of existing e-com offers and solutions.
  • Further development of the technical setup in the online store and the store layout.
  • Responsibility for implementing, optimizing and monitoring the success of online marketing plans, taking into account all legal aspects.
  • Analysis of existing data as well as turnover, sales and marketing key figures (weekly & monthly).
  • Developing local adaptations to increase sales and better respond to the needs and specificities of the market.
  • Follow-up, development and adjustment of the planning and creation of e-mailings.
  • Tracking of the digital budget to support the Senior Digital Manager.
  • Developing ideas for potential partnerships to acquire new customers.
  • Editing of Facebook / Instagram posts.

Requirements for the VIE program:

  • You are between 18 and 28 years old.
  • You live in the European Economic Area and have an European citizenship.
  • You are interested in an adventure in Germany for a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 24 months.
  • You have not worked in Germany for more than 6 months.

 Your Profil:

  • Completed studies with a focus on e-commerce / online marketing or a comparable qualification with at least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a similar function.
  • Understanding of the widest possible range of e-commerce aspects (including marketing, sales, communication, technology).
  • Strategic thinking in combination with a passion for operational implementation.
  • Initial experience in analyzing data and deriving measures and actions.
  • Initial contact with Google Analytics, SFCC (Content Management System), Business Manager, Tag Manager, Search Console is desirable.
  • First points of contact in online marketing: social media marketing (organic/paid), e-mail marketing, on-site optimization.
  • Organizational skills and strong communication skills as well as a high degree of self-motivation.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and Canvas.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German / English and French.
